The issues covered are classified according to four different but complementary themes:

Essentially, we differentiate between the strategics, tactical and operational levels that allow for differentiation of time horizons, the types of resources involved and the natures of decisions taken. The functional fields of the Supply Chain Management which one related to the differente skilles of Supply Chain. The types of projects that are actually linked to the different steps of a given logistics project. Enablers that allow for performance improvement of a given organization or for the conception of a new business model.
