In the example below, assessment of projects according to the criteria of
opportunity and feasibility allow for the hierarchical classification of
projects into 3 priority zones:

The highest zone A indicates strong motivation to launch these projects

The intermediary zone B indicates a reasonable motivation to launch these
projects

Zone C indicates a lower motivation to launch these projects
