Our Vision (position with respect to the Client)

• Newton.Vaureal Consulting leverages an organization’s efficiency on tactical and operational levels.  NVC integrates all different phases of a project’s life cycle:

• We intervene in operations as a whole, and the supply chains of our clients, from product conception to after sales and return logistics.
• We intervene in the interfaces between our clients’ supply chains and those of their downstream clients and upstream suppliers, through an approach that takes into consideration the logistics of industrial streams.
• We intervene in the development of projects as a whole, from the initial phases of strategic decision to the deployment and performance control of its efficient implementation.
