You must possess :
real motivation to focus on numerous projects with different themes and to
accompany our client during both the decision- making process and implementation,
a good capacity for documentation and communication, both orally and written.
You are between 25 and 32 years old, you hold a diploma in engineering or
business, a graduate degree (Mastère, DESS, DEA or Doctorat), your
first professional experience corresponds to the position offered and you
wish to evolve within a dynamic team by participating in the development

Mainly attracted to the conceptual documentation of solutions in a highly
complex environment, you will develop at a « strategic » level.
Mainly attracted to the definition and the implementation of operational
solutions with fast and concrete results, you will develop at an «operational » level.
In both cases, you will develop on a joint section, the « tactical » level,
or the process of dimensioning and organization of the allocation of logistics
resources, physical resources (engineering of the network…) human resources
(general organization of the supply chain management and logistics) or logical
resources (process engineering, information systems master plans), whether
internal or external (logistics outsourcing policy)
Your progression will follow the classical succession of a consulting career
:
Junior consultant, you will develop your technical and sector skills through
the responsibility of analyses and progressively through the synthesis of
your projects, all under the supervision of a senior consultant.
Senior consultant, you will develop team management through the total responsibility
of assignments in the context of a project: you will plan and lead the work
of the team completely during this part of the project.
Manager, you will develop client relations through the total responsibility
of a project, and equally by listening to the needs of the client, through
the development of the firm’s relationship with the client, and by
documenting our contribution of service proposals
Partner, you will develop the firm through commercial responsibilities of
clientele and service development and through internal management activities
(recruitment, partnerships, internal organization,..), all while exercising
an operational responsibility in the elaboration of propositions, project
supervision and the provision of expertise.
