A company’s performance also depends on that of its suppliers. That’s why Newton.Vaureal Consulting has developed a supplier performance development program. In this context, we work with your suppliers who have failed to develop a performance culture of<\/a> their own, or with those who have not made your relationship a top priority.<\/p>

Our programs are designed to identify the levers of performance both in the exchanges between a customer and its supplier, and in the organization of flows between the two companies. By loosening constraints, aligning exchanges and their pace, and modifying practices and sometimes products, we highlight gains for both parties, enabling them to cut purchasing costs, reduce inventories and improve working capital requirements<\/a> (WCR).<\/p>
